WHAT IS IT?

Osteomyology aims to put the body in a good position to heal itself effectively and accelerate recovery. Osteomyology uses a variety of methods according to individual needs and preferences. It is a holistic assessment and treatment of body and mind.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY TREATMENT?

Treatment can range from massage of muscles and connective tissue to pressure point treatment, stretching of joints and manipulation. Electrotherapy can be used in conjunction with this when appropriate. The style of treatment is unhurried and there will be constant monitoring and reassessment of your condition and future needs.

HOW LONG IS A SESSION AND WHAT DOES IT COST?

Initial treatment 1 hour; Subsequent  up to 45 mins.
