Counselling/Psychotherapy or "talking therapy" can be helpful for any psychological/emotional problems.
The first meeting is for an assessment, to see if Audrey can help you. After that you agree a set number of sessions to work in, anything between 4-16.
If you are experiencing relationship problems of any kind, be it with a partner, your family or work colleagues it may be helpful to discuss these with someone impartial.
It could also be that you suffer with anxiety and/or depression. This may either be related to a specific problem or event, or it could be more of a long-standing condition. People are able to learn how to manage their anxiety/depression with the right help and support.
It could be that you have experienced abuse (physical, sexual, emotional) at some time in your life, which may have left you feeling lacking in confidence and suffering from low self- esteem. Psychotherapy can help you understand your painful past and help you move onto a better place.
Some people suffer with eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, obesity), which can have a debilitation affect on their daily life. Psychotherapy can help you manage any of these unhelpful eating patterns.
Sessions are 60 minutes long
