WHAT IS IT?
Hypnotherapy is an effective form of therapy for all age groups, and uses hypnosis to bring about a beneficial change in behaviour, emotions and thoughts. In a state of deep relaxation, suggestions are given that “reprogramme” the unconscious and conscious mind.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY TREATMENT?
Hypnosis is a natural altered state of consciousness in which relaxation and concentration are combined. It is rather like daydreaming and is induced by the hypnotist talking to the client in a certain way. At all times the client is in full control and is never asked to do anything against his/her will.
