Sara Lasham (IIHHT, MICHT, MFHT, VTCT) became involved with holistic practices after discovering the healing benefits while recovering from an injury. She qualified in Holistic Therapies - Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Therapeutic/Swedish Body Massage, Indian Head Massage. Recently, Sara trained in Goa, India and gained a Certificate in Ayurvedic Massage.
